Amazon Orders

Please note that Revel Nail products purchased through Amazon are sold and shipped by Amazon, not Revel Nail. If you have an issue with your Amazon order or need to return an item, please contact Customer Care at Amazon.

Shipping

We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Shipping is 5 EUR per order. 

You have up to one hour after placing your order to cancel or make any changes. You can do this directly from your confirmation email, or by going to your "order status" page and cancelling the order.

We ship to most EU countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We cannot ship liquids (Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel, Brush Softener, Gel Thinner, or Polish) to a P.O. Box - please provide a physical address for shipping.

Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped. 

Free Shipping Offer

Shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR (after all discounts.) Customers are responsible for covering any other potential shipping fees.

Powder Perfectionists receive free shipping on 20 EUR orders and above (after discounts and before shipping fees).

Devoted Dippers receive free shipping on 35 EUR orders and above (after discounts and before shipping fees).

Return Policy

Revel Nail offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most of our products within 1 year of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return, exchange, or get a replacement for an item, please visit this link https://www.revelnaileu.com/tools/returns. We provide shipping labels at no cost to you. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that we only offer store credit for instances of purchasing the same color multiple times, or accidentally ordering the wrong size/item.

If you have purchased your product directly through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon to process the refund. All orders placed directly through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's return policy.

Please note: We cannot accept any returns for items that are final sale, this is including, but not limited to: Mystery Box colors, Freebies, and Gift of Revel colors.
