We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Shipping is 5 EUR per order.
You have up to one hour after placing your order to cancel or make any changes. You can do this directly from your confirmation email, or by going to your "order status" page and cancelling the order.
We ship to most EU countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We cannot ship liquids (Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel, Brush Softener, Gel Thinner, or Polish) to a P.O. Box - please provide a physical address for shipping.
Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped.

Please note that we only offer store credit for instances of purchasing the same color multiple times, or accidentally ordering the wrong size/item.
